Mad Cat Sad Cat is a dice and card game. Its 5 dice have 3 mad cat sides, 2 sad cat sides, and 1 wild cat side each.
When it is your turn, you roll the dice and create poker combinations. When it is not your turn, you try to mooch off of the dice roller's success by predicting which dice they will set aside.
Once the VP supply is empty and the game ends, whoever has the most VPs wins.
