Shipping policy

1. Covered Regions

We deliver to all EU countries, with some exceptions.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the products selected and the delivery address. Exact fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Tokens & Tales may occasionally offer free shipping for orders exceeding a specified amount. Details of these offers will be clearly shown in the store and reflected during checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are shown during checkout and in the order confirmation email.

These times are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and/or beyond our control.

When the order is shipped, an email with carrier tracking information will be sent.

4. Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Products

Products marked as pre-order or currently unavailable will only be shipped once all items in the same order are available.

Estimated shipping dates are provided by the manufacturer or supplier and may change. Tokens & Tales is not responsible for delays outside its control.

The customer will be informed of the estimated shipping date at the time of purchase or when stock becomes available. Partial deliveries will not be made unless expressly agreed.
