Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers may return their order within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason.
To request a return, use your customer account or contact suporte@tokensandtales.com before the 14-day period expires.
Items may be inspected as they would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or sealed items that have been unsealed where excluded by law.
2. Defective Products
If your product is defective, damaged, or non-conforming, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
3. Return Shipping & Refunds
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.
Your statutory rights under applicable EU and Portuguese consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.
