Welcome to Tokens & Tales! By accessing or purchasing from our store (https://tokensandtales.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

1.1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, and interactions between Tokens & Tales and its customers.

2. Purchases and Payments

2.1. Prices

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT and other applicable taxes.

Prices may change without prior notice, except for already confirmed orders.

2.2. Payment Methods

- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- Digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay)

- Bank transfer

2.3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted once the customer receives an email with payment confirmation and the corresponding invoice.

The order is only considered confirmed when the status changes to “Processing” or “Awaiting Stock”.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect prices.

2.4. Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order while it is still awaiting confirmation.

The cancellation request must be sent to suporte@tokensandtales.com.

If the order has already been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

The customer may instead follow the return procedure described in the Delivery and Returns Policy.

3. Complaints

Customers may file complaints regarding any matter, act, or service provided via suporte@tokensandtales.com and/or through the Livro de Reclamações Electrónico.

4. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection

Please refer to our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, images, texts, among others) is the property of Tokens & Tales or used under permission and is protected by copyright and related rights.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The customer is responsible for maintaining their account and keeping their data confidential.

Tokens & Tales is not responsible for technical issues, third-party failures, or damages related to the use of products and services.

Our liability, in any situation, is limited to the value of the purchase made.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Any disputes shall be settled in the Portuguese courts.
